Contests - Terms & Conditions
Occasionally we have contests. The various contests are posted in the Blog section of the DioWarriors Store. Please see the appropriate Blog for the current contest being run.
Rules:
Contests are opened to members of the DioWarriors community on Facebook. We need to have a way to contact you in a timely manner for questions about your entry, shipping address, etc. For this we will use Facebook contacting you through the Facebook Private Messenger feature. If you do not have a Facebook account or are unable to provide a reliable means for us to contact you, or you fail to respond to our message(s) within the time allotted, your entry may become voided. A "reliable means" imply we can actually contact you in a manner we can expect an actual reply from you -- a correspondence. For example, if your Facebook account is suspended during the time allotted, obviously that is not a reliable means of correspondence since the account is suspended.
Contestants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Contestants entries will be voided where applicable by law.

Content:
Entries may be voided if they do not meet within the following guidelines:
- Entries must not be pornographic - We will not accept entries that are pornographic in nature, whether explicit or implied.
- Entries must not be denigrating - Entries will not be accepted that are denigrating to any ethnic group or religion.
- Entries must be related to toys - This point is specifically in addition to the theme posted in the blog for this contest.
- Entries must be submitted within the time frame allotted for submitting entries to the contest.
- Entries must be accessible - This point depends on the contest. See the appropriate blog for specifics. A contest entry will not be accepted if it is submitted to a group with restrictions (such as closed or private) that prevents DioWarriors from even seeing the entry.
Concerning contests with a DioWarriors content:
At times DioWarriors will run a contest where we want to show DioWarriors props in action. So the purpose of the contest is to highlight the DioWarrior prop. This implies an original DioWarriors product -- not a cast from a 3rd party. There are exceptions to this, specifically when the DioWarriors prop is a cast from DioWarriors or one of our affiliates/partners.
Multiple Entries:
Unless otherwise stated, the default method used to select a winner will be through randomization. A list of contestant names will be entered into a special program which will randomly select one name. One winner will be chosen using this program at the date specified for the conclusion of the contest. With this method to select a winner, multiple entries from one contestant are permitted. Only one name will be entered into the list.

Hashtags:
When submitting a contest entry into a social media platform hashtags will be used to group contest entries. For example, a contest entry for the Oct 2016 will be submitted to the DioWarriors group on Facebook with a hashtag #DWOCT2016. The hashtag will be used to group entries together.
Please only submit the photo to an unrestricted account, such as the DioWarriors group. If you submit a photo to an account with restrictions to non-members of that group, and DioWarriors is not a member and therefore can not even see that photo, then that photo will not be considered. Check the appropriate blog for which hashtag is valid for the contest you are entering.

Prizes:
Prizes must be claimed within a reasonable amount of time. This "reasonable" time is 60 days from when a winner is announced. Failure to claim the prize within the time allotted will void the claim. Prize may be awarded to the next winner claimed. If the unlikely event that no prizes are claimed within the allotted time, the prizes may then be recycled for a future contest or donated for another event.
Prizes are not returnable.
Lost Prizes:
If something happens and the prize gets lost in the mail, sorry, but it's a loss. The prize may be an unpainted, unassembled item, or a fully painted item, or be done in such a way that duplication is not possible -- a truly unique prize. In the case where a prize is not possible for exact duplication, a lost prize is truly lost in terms of the item and the workmanship involved. Compensation will not be given on this type of prize. However, for prizes more easily duplicated, such as an unpainted/unassembled item, DioWarriors will make one attempt to replace or recover a lost prize. In this situation, expect a delay in shipping the prize, especially if the prize needs to be re-made. DioWarriors will notify the winner of any expected delays.
International Shipping:
If you are a winner and the prize has to ship internationally, we ask that you pay for the international shipping. DioWarriors will not pay for international shipping rates. If the prize is lost and is a replaceable item, and DioWarriors is making an attempt to replace or recover the item, the winner will need to cover the international shipping as well, if the winner decides if the prize is worth the additional shipping.

Final Thoughts:
Lastly, we realize that contests can be fluid in their nature and unseen, unanticipated events or issues may arise that can affect the contest in an adverse way. DioWarriors reserves the right to change, modify, or even cancel the contest without warning and at any time. Of course we will try to keep everyone informed and in a timely manner where possible.
DioWarriors seeks to abide by any and all laws, especially internationally. If the nature of the contest or prize conflict with a law we are aware of, we will take appropriate steps, including working with law enforcement -- please keep your contest entries compliant to your regional laws as well to laws of the United States. This may sound odd, but with photos and copyrights and cultural issues, DioWarriors does not want to be responsible for any violations, especially those DioWarriors is not aware of. Should a legal issue develop, DioWarriors reserves the right for litigation be conducted within the State of Florida.
